Our Story
Why We Started PatchCraft USA
PatchCraft USA started with one simple idea: a small business deserves the same quality custom patches as a big brand – without huge minimums, confusing pricing or weeks of waiting.
Many owners told us the same story. They had a great logo, but getting it onto a hat, jacket or uniform was hard. So we built a simple process: you send your logo, we send a free mockup, and once you approve it we make your patches and ship them to your door anywhere in the USA.
Today we make custom embroidered, PVC, woven, chenille, leather and printed patches, plus embroidery and embroidery digitizing – for local shops, sports teams, schools, clubs and growing brands across the country.
What We Do
Three Services, One Team
Everything you need to put your logo on fabric.

Custom Embroidery

Embroidery Digitizing
We convert your logo into machine-ready files (DST, PES and more) that stitch out clean the first time.
