At PatchCraft USA, we want you to be happy with every order. This page explains our shipping, returns and refund policy.
Shipping
- We ship custom patches to all 50 US states.
- Orders ship after your mockup is approved and production is complete.
- Estimated production time is [7–14] business days, plus shipping time.
- Tracking details are sent to your email once your order ships.
- Rush and expedited shipping may be available for an extra fee — ask us before ordering.

Because every patch is custom-made from your approved design, we work closely with you before production to make sure you’re happy. If something isn’t right, contact us first and we’ll make it right.
Free Revisions Before Production
If you’re not satisfied with your mockup, email us at [sales@patchcraftusa.com] and we’ll revise the design for free until you approve it. Production only starts after your approval.
Returns on Custom Items
Because patches are custom-made to your design, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged once produced, unless:
- The patches have a manufacturing defect, or
- The finished patches do not match your approved mockup.
How to Request a Remake or Refund
If your order arrives defective or does not match the approved mockup:
- Email us within [10] days of delivery at [sales@patchcraftusa.com].
- Include your order number, delivery date and clear photos of the issue.
- We will review and, if approved, remake the affected patches or issue a refund.
Refund Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within [10] days of delivery.
- Payment processing fees may be deducted from refunds where applicable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and account only.
- Refunds cannot be requested after this window because custom production is complete.
Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email us photos within [10] days so we can help with a replacement or claim.
