1. About Us

PatchCraft USA provides custom patches, embroidery and embroidery digitizing services for customers across the United States.

2. Quotes & Orders

• All quotes are free and based on the details and artwork you provide.
• Prices may change if your final order differs from your original request (size, quantity, colors, backing, etc.).
• An order is confirmed once you approve the mockup and payment is received.

3. Artwork & Mockups

• You must own or have permission to use any logo or artwork you send us.
• We provide a digital mockup for your approval before production.
• Once you approve the mockup, production begins and the design is final.
• You are responsible for checking spelling, colors and sizing on the mockup.

4. Payment

• Payment is required before production begins unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
• Prices are in US Dollars (USD).

5. Production & Turnaround

• Standard production time is [X–Y] business days after mockup approval.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

6. Intellectual Property

• You keep ownership of your own logo and artwork.
• The PatchCraft USA name, logo and website content belong to us and may not be used without permission.

7. Approvals & Errors

• Once you approve a mockup, we are not responsible for errors that were visible in that mockup.
• If we make a production error that does not match the approved mockup, we will remake the affected patches.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PatchCraft USA is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
